How to play

Tap or drag a strip of tape that is on top to peel it.
Peeled strips go to your tray. 3 of the same color clear.
Your tray holds 5. A full tray ends the level.
Frozen tape needs one tap to crack the ice first.
Mystery tape shows its color once nothing covers it.

Can every level be solved?

Yes. Every level is checked by a solver before it ships.

How do I get 3 stars?

Clear the box, keep your tray at or below the limit shown at the top, and finish without misses or help. Missed one? The win screen has a "Play again" button.

I finished all levels. Now what?

Play takes you to the levels where stars are still missing. With every star in a mode, Play moves on to the next mode. There is also the Daily Peel and Endless.

Where is my progress saved?

On your iPhone. Deleting the app removes it.

Is there a timer?

Only if you turn on Timed mode in Settings.

Does the game cost money?

Peel is free to play. Coins are earned by playing and buy boosters, tapes, themes and Star Road vehicles. You can also buy coin packs, a Starter pack or a Supporter pack in the Tape Shop. Nothing is random and everything can also be earned by playing.

How do I stop my child buying things?

Every real-money purchase first asks a small sum ("Ask a grown-up"). You can also turn off in-app purchases in iPhone Settings, Screen Time, Content & Privacy Restrictions.

I bought something but did not get it.

Open the Tape Shop, go to Coins and tap Restore purchases. Still missing? Send us a message below with the date of the purchase.

I got a new phone.

Packs you bought once (Starter, Supporter) come back with Restore purchases. Coins and levels stay on the old phone for now.

I want a refund.

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
